At The Ghaniwala, every bottle is prepared, packed, and dispatched with the utmost care to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. As our

products are consumable food items, we maintain strict quality and safety standards.

Eligible Returns

We gladly accept returns or replacements under the following circumstances:

The product received is damaged during transit.

The bottle is leaking or the seal is broken upon delivery.

You receive an incorrect product or quantity.

The product has manufacturing defects or quality concerns.

To be eligible, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order by sharing your order number along with clear photographs or videos of the

product and its packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and food safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:

Opened or used products.

Products returned without their original packaging.

Orders damaged due to improper storage after delivery.

Products purchased during promotional offers or clearance sales (unless damaged or incorrect).

Refunds

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, you may choose one of the following:

A replacement product.

A refund to your original payment method.

Store credit for future purchases

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled only before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled due to the perishable nature of

Every batch of Ghaniwala Cold-Pressed Oils undergoes careful quality checks before dispatch. Our oils are extracted from handpicked seeds using

traditional cold-pressed methods and are free from preservatives, chemicals, and artificial processing. While slight variations in colour, aroma, or

texture may occur naturally between batches, these are a result of seasonal variations in the seeds and are a hallmark of genuine, minimally

processed cold-pressed oils—not a defect.
